We have instituted an Industry-Leading Injury Illness Prevention Program is developed by Top 100 Industry Expert who is also a Level IV Incident Commander and Master Trainer, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Certified Safety Specialist, FEMA Emergency Management Specialist, DOI T-2 Master Trainer, Subsea International Hard Hat, Bell & Sat Medical Rescue Dive Officer.

Our program is OSHA and Cal-OSHA compliant.

Our Commitment to Quality

We continuously analyze field documentation and look for opportunities that help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. In addition, our in-house specialists review field documentation daily, analyze knowledge gaps of our personnel, and train them based on their individual needs.

We meticulously review our client requirements and build our employee training curriculum accordingly. Our in-house trainers provide weekly employee training to plug knowledge gaps, conducts tests to ensure retention as well as periodic knowledge & skills assessments.

Our compliance team collects and analyzes employee performance data and provides actionable insights to our internal operations and training teams in alignment with our continuous improvement philosophy. In addition, we periodically provide client progress reports that help optimize contractor performance.

Our Quality Management System conforms to ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001-2008. Our processes are continuously monitored for opportunities to optimize, and our programs are periodically audited by third-party Six Sigma Consultants to ensure we are exceeding our standards of excellence.

Our Commitment to Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity threats have become common in every workplace and the stakes are higher than ever before with increasing adoption of 5G enabled technologies into our daily life.

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for cyber leaks, and we educate our personnel to the risks of disclosing client information – intentional or otherwise.

We have incorporated the Department of Homeland Security’s NICCS and other industry leading best practices into our training curriculum. All our personnel are educated towards cybersecurity threats and are taught to protect and defend against leaks and attacks. We actively train our employees in hacking, phishing, and password mining issues.

In our efforts to maximize value for our clients, we continually review our cybersecurity measures to ensure our systems are protected from all cybersecurity threats.

Safety Management System

We are resolute in our commitment to achieve excellence in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) performance. We are committed to adopting business practices that are aligned with the environmental and economic needs of the communities in which we operate, and those that protect the safety, security, and health of our employees, clients, and the public.

Our employees work in conditions that pose potential risk to people, infrastructure, and the environment. Recognizing these risks is imperative to our business. We believe the best way to meet our commitment is through a capable and committed workforce and practices designed to enable safe, secure, and environmentally responsible operations. We accomplish this through clearly defined policies and practices, and with rigorously applied management systems designed to deliver results.

The Safety Management System (SMS) is the cornerstone of our commitment to managing EHS risk and achieving excellence. All business areas are required to maintain their systems and practices needed to conform to the expectations as described in the SMS Framework. To drive continuous improvement, the SMS framework is periodically reviewed and updated.

OQ (Operator Qualification) Program

Our Operator Qualification program is designed to ensure compliance with the Department of Transportation’s Operator Qualification ruling (ref. 49 CFR 192 Subpart N; 49 CFR 195 Subpart G), which includes contract personnel acting as an operator’s representative (third party inspectors).

We work closely with our clients to determine inspector qualifications for corresponding projects. We have partnered with ISNetworld, Veriforce, NCCER to provide client- required OQ training in addition to our in-house training specialists.

C&L ensures compliance with the DOT Operator Qualification rules by maintaining Veriforce-trained evaluators on staff and partnering with ISNetworld and Veriforce for online electronic record keeping.

DOT Drug Testing Program

We are a drug and alcohol-free workplace and use the services of DISA (Third Party Administrator) for all our drug testing needs. In addition, we partnered with NCMS (National Compliance Management Service) to ensure compliance with pipeline safety and client specific safety program requirements.

Our Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan follows all the requirements of the U.S. DOT Research and Special Programs Administration, 49 CFR Part 199 and 40.

We conduct pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable cause, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug testing per 49 CFR Part 199 and 40.

Background Verification Program

We use the services of DISA (Third Party Administrator) for all our background verification purposes.

We perform the required Criminal, Alias & SSN search; County Felony & Misdemeanor search; Motor Vehicle Report verification; Education & Employment Verification to ensure we provide the highest quality workforce to our clients.
